Notes

1) Strain one cup of sooji before you start cooking
2) Cook on light flame few minutes to make it brown
3) Take it out
4) Add oil 3 spoons and add ¼ cup of sugar
5) Cook and stirring your spoon
6) Add water once sugar becomes brown
7) Keep stirring your spoon until it becomes fully melted
8) Add Suji into melted sugar
9) Switch off flame and keep stirring
10) Add Nuts and almonds (Optional – you can add any dried fruit)
11) Cut it after 20 minutes and let it cool for. Also decorate if needed
12) Ready to serve
