Mutton Kunna / Matka Gosht Recipe

1) Add half chopped medium onion in little oil and cook it unit it becomes brown.
2) Grind the light brown onion, Make sure you add water to grind it easily
3) Add little oil to cook the mutton
4) Add 750 grams of mutton
5) Add Ginger & Garlic Paste when the Mutton starts changing color
6) Add Grinded Onion
7) Red Chilli as needed – I eat very light chili so you make sure you add according to your taste.
8) Garam Masala
9) Add salt – as needed
10) Coriander Powder
11) Kunna Masala (1.5 TB Spoon)
12) Cook few minutes (5-10 minutes)
13) Add three cups of water – You can increase or decrease water depending on you mutton quantity
14) Pressure – I put pressure on 16 minutes but if your mutton is really fresh than you can put it on 7-12 minutes. It really depends on mutton freshness. After pressure you can test if the mutton is tender enough to eat.
15) Roast little Zeera because it gives really good smell when we roast it. Add Zeera by crushing with your hands.
16) Take three spoons of wheat flour and add little water to make it liquid paste. Mix it well and add little while moving the spoon. It’s great to increase the thickness of gravy. You can increase or decrease quantity of flour wheat according to your requirements.
17) Cook few minutes on high flame and you are all set
18) Garnish and server
