Notes

1) 1.5 glass of rice soaked into water for 15 minutes
2) Take water (3 Glass)
3) Add Gurr/Jaggery one glass and let it melt very well (Should become a syrup)
4) Strain syrup for any particle
5) Take Olive Oil / Desi Ghee
6) Add Sounf /Fennel Seeds
7) Add Cardamom powder (one spoon)
8) Add Sysrup (Should be three glass) If syrup is less than three glass then you can add little water
9) Add little salt (Optional)
10) Add soaked rice
11) On this point add sugar if you think jiggery has less sugar – Optional
12) Cook until water become dry
13) Add Dried Fruit (Coconut, Almond, etc)
14) Cover and let it cook on low flam for 8-12 minutes
15) Ready to eat
