Notes

1) Add one pound spinach
2) Add one glass broccoli
3) Add Garlic and Green chili as needed
4) Add 2.5 glass of water into pot
5) Salt (One spoon)
6) Turmeric Powder half spoon
7) Red Chili Flakes (half spoon)
8) Put it on pressure for 10 minutes.
9) Let the water dry (keep cooking)
10) After dying water mash Saag with hand tool
11) For Rarka – Add oil/ghee in chopped garlic
12) Cook it until garlic becomes light brown
13) Add to saag
14) Ready to eat – Serve with nan
