Chicken Veggie and Cheese Pizza| Chart Masala Recipe | Better than Fajita & Tikka

1) Maida 2.5 big cups
2) Oil 1.5 TB spoon
3) Salt one TB spoon
4) Sugar one TB spoon
5) Yeast half packet (Mix in warm cup of water)
6) Prepare dough with the yeast mixture
7) Cover for two hours, Should be air tight
8) Dough will be ready in two hours, Size of flour should be increased
9) Refrigerator 20 minutes
10) Make pizza base in traditional chapatti style.
Prepare Pizza Topping,
1) Oil
2) Half Onion
3) Ground Chicken (1.5 Pounds) – You can use boneless chicken pieces if needed
4) Ginger & Garlic Past
5) Cook for 10 minutes
6) Salt (One TB Spoon)
7) Red chili (Blend)
8) Turmeric (One TB Spoon)
9) Cumin Seeds Powder (One TB Spoon)
10) Coriander Powder (One TB Spoon)
11) Tomato (Frozen or Fresh which one is available.)
12) Vegetables – Beans & Carrots which on available. Use frozen or Fresh
13) Cover and cook for few minutes
Add oil to your baking pan. After making the pizza base in traditional style, use pizza sauce on base first. Add cooked chicken for both pizzas.

For cheese pizza add cheese

For veggie pizza add vegetable (Add green chili if you like), chart masala and then cheese.

If you don’t have pizza recipe (powder) then you can use the chart masala, it will give you really good taste. Bake both pizzas on 300 to 350 centigrade. Your pizzas are ready to server.
