Fish & Healthy Rice restaurant Style Recipe

Let’s cook Fish first
  • 1) Take one kg or two pounds of fish (Should be cut into big pieces)
    2) Add oil 3-5 spoons
    3) Add two onions chopped – Cook until they become brown
    4) Add Ginger & Garlic Paste
    5) Little water if needed
    6) Add salt
    7) Red chili powder
    8) Fish masala
    9) Coriander powder
    10) Cumin Powder
    11) Add more water if needed
    12) Add tomato or tomato paste – I have used both of them
    13) Cook them until tomato cooked properly – you can add water if needed
    14) Add green chili – one
    15) Add water if needed
    16) Add half lemon juice – My lemon is bigger one
    17) Add fish and cook it, Cook until all masala mixed well
    18) Add water to make gravy
    19) Cover and cook – 5-8 minutes
    20) Fish should be ready – garnish with green corianderIt’s time to cook white
  • Rice Cooking
  • 1) Take 1.5 glass of rice and soaked into water
    2) Take 6 glass of water and let it boil
    3) Add salt
    4) Add rice and cook until rice cook 80% or more.
    5) Strain water from rice
    6) Add oil and add boiled rice
    7) Cover and cook them 5-7 minutes – rest of 20% rice will be cooked on this stage.
    8) Ready to Eat
Server with Fish.
