1) Take five or two pounds of potatoes
2) Grate potatoes
3) Soak into water for 15 minutes
4) Squeeze to dry water from potatoes
5) Take two eggs
6) Add corn flour (1.5 TB Spoon)
7) Black pepper (One TB spoon)
8) Salt as needed
9) Cumin Powder (1/4 TB Spoon)
10) Coriander Powder (1/4 TB spoon)
11) Take half onion. Soak into water and squeeze to dry water
12) Add onion into tomato
13) Add eggs mixture into potatoes
14) Add green coriander
15) Mix well
16) Add red chiilie powder (1/4 TB spoon)
17) Mix well again
18) I have used Tawa and non-stick pans to cook. Use either of them
19) Cook on low flame and make shape with the help of spoon
20) Ready to eat
21) Server with Bread.
