Tandori Shrimp Recipe

1)     
Half kg clean shrimp
2)     
Add two spoon of yogurt
3)     
Add tandoori masala, one TB spoon
4)     
Add Ginger & Garlic Paste
5)     
Cumin Powder
6)     
White Vinegar
7)     
Parsley or you can add fresh green coriander
–  Hara Dhania
Mix all ingredients very well and refrigerate
for 20 minutes
Gravy
Cooking
1)     
Oil
2)     
Once chopped onion (small pieces)
3)     
Add butter
Let the onion brown
4)     
Add marinated shrimp
5)     
Add tomato paste (you can add fresh tomato as
well)
6)     
Cook for 2-3 minutes
7)     
Add water (Quantity of water is depend on how
much gravy you want)
8)     
Cook 10-15 minutes until shrimp become in round
shape – Overcooking of shrimps make them harder
Ready
to Eat
