1) Chicken half KG 2) Water 7-8 glass 3) Put pressure for 7-10 minutes depending on chicken quality 4) Separate chicken from Yakhni and save the stock or Yakhni 5) Take Corn about one cup and grind it well 6) Separate bones from chicken, Please use chicken with bones for better taste 7) Add grinded corn to stock or yakhni 8) Add chicken 9) Add Carrot – You can add as many vegetable as you want to make it more healthier 10) Mix well Cover and cook it for 10-15 minutes – Corn requires more time to cook 11) Add Salt – 1 to 2 TB spoon 12) Add black pepper and Chinese salt 1-2 TB Spoon 13) Cook it cover it again for 2-3 minutes 14) To increase thickness of soup use corn flour mixture by adding water. 15) Add corn flour mixture while mixing thoroughly – don’t stop your spoon 16) Add two beaten eggs while mixing soup thoroughly – don’t stop your spoon 17) Heat up 6-7 tb spoon of oil and add into soup 18) Mix two minutes 19) Ready to eat
