Chiken Baryani Tikka Taste with Charcoal – Family recipe

Follow the following simple steps to cook delicious biryani.
1)      Oil
2)      Chicken Full
3)      Brown it Oil
4)      Two onion (Brown them in oil)
5)      Add Ginger and Garlic Paste
6)      Add biryani Masala in half cup yogurt and make a paste
7)      Add yogurt paste into brown onion
8)      Add Tomato Frozen or Fresh (Peel off)
9)      Add Brown Chicken
10)  Cook for few minutes
11)  Add hot charcoal on Aluminum sheet and drop oil or butter (Cover LED for two minutes)
12)  Soak two glass of rice
13)  Add salt in 7 glass of water
14)  Add little oil
15)  Add soaked rice and cook them until they cooked 75%
16)  Strain rice
17)  Make multiple layers of rice and chicken
18)  Add food color if needed
19)  Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes
20)  Biryani is ready to server
