Radish Paratha Bread | Nashta with Mooli Pratha



1) Wheat flour two cups

2) Add olive oil one spoon

3) Add salt little – half spoon

4) Prepare Dough, add water if needed

5) Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes

6) Chop radish and extract all the water from radish – Should dry

7) Blend, Green coriander, green chilli, and add little salt. It will be like a paste.

8) Add that green paste into dry radish and mix will

9) Make two bread from dough – same like traditional roti in small size

10) Top up one small roti / bread with radish topping , use other bread to cover the roti

11) Now cook on TAWA in traditional way, you can add oil or ghee (Butter) as required.

12) Bready is ready to serve with yogurt
