Easy Carrot Desserts for Winter

1) Peel off two KG carrots and then chop them off. (Manually or with machine)
2) Add Whole milk 2.5 liter
3) Let it cook on medium flame for while
4) Cook until milk gets dry
5) Add green cardamom powder or whole (Optional)
6) Add Sugar and cook well because sugar will produce water
7) Cook well, Add Sugar when milk is dry
8) Add two big spoon Oil of desi ghee or you can add Olive oil
9) Dry Milk and turn off flame
10) Add Almond, Pista and other ingredients.
11) Add three TB spoon of coconut powder
12) Mix well all ingredients
13) Ready to Eat
