Traditional Aloo Gosht (Mutton & Potato) | Simple & Easy Way

1) Half KG of Mutton
2) Two Glass of water ( The water level should be above than Mutton level So you can add more water if needed.
3) Garlic
4) Two Medium size sliced Onions
5) Cinnamon
6) Black Pepper and Cloves
7) Mix and put on pressure on 6-8 minutes (Depends on your Mutton)
8) Check if Mutton is fully Diluted (Gal gea hai achi tara)
9) salt
10) red chili
11) Turmeric
12) Achar Ghosht Masala
13) Green Chili
At this point mix well and cook few minutes until water is fully dry.
14) Add oil one big spoon
15) Add one peel off tomato (I have used Frozen but you can use the fresh one)
16) Cook 5-6 minutes, Make sure that Tomato diluted
17) Add two medium size potato
18) Cook it 2-3 minutes and add water as needed
19) Cover and cook it, It depends on how much gravy you wanted.
20) Coriander (This is optional for dressing)
